Day 22 Utah 1/4

Late start again, we utilized the amazing Continental breakfast at the Fairfield Inn. Kids enjoyed fresh made waffles and Griff had some yogurt and fruit.

We left about 10:30 but about 15 minutes later we got a call from the hotel that I had left my kindle. [enter unhappy Tom] so we turned around and added some bonus miles on to our trip to grab that.

We stopped for lunch at Bear River State Park and the Wyoming visitors center. This was a great little Park for the kids to play and stretch their legs.

Then it final stretch to Jordanelle State Park. This campsite was beautiful. Great view of the Jordanelle Resevoir as well as Mountains. We set up real quick and popped on suits before we headed out to a surprise visit for the kids.

We had reservations at 5:30 to swim at the Homestead Crater. It was pretty amazing. 55ft tall and 65ft deep, this crater was filled with 95* water prime for a family dip! Tom and Tucker are eager to get another visit in once Tucker is old enough to scuba dive. There were some divers below exploring the bottom and it thoroughly piqued Tucker’s interest.

We then opted to eat out for Pizza & Pasta in Midway, Utah. The kids devoured their meals as did Tom and I. It was a great little place where we ate outside and enjoyed the rest of evening!
